With “improve customer service” as a goal, some changes have been made at the system office. This session will introduce the new Subject Matter Experts and cover their role in providing support to the colleges. The session will also include an explanation of the revised processes for classifying help desk tickets.

What a President Needs to Know about the IT Audit
While it may be called an “IT Audit”, the IT Audit involves the entire campus. This role play session will include an “exit interview” where the auditor explains the audit process and its findings with an IT Director and a college President. A point of emphasis will be an explanation of why security policies need to be in place.
